National Centre for Culture Poland (NCC; Polish: Narodowe Centrum Kultury) is a cultural institution with 60 years of tradition, which has been operating under its present name since 2002. The focus of the Centre is on developing and professionalizing the cultural sector by raising the qualifications and skills of managers, animators, and other professionals through a variety of training conducted by Polish and international experts as well as through education and exchange programs. At the same time, the National Centre for Culture aims to maintain and promote national and state traditions along with Polish cultural heritage and also to foster cultural education and nurture interest in culture and art.
When designing the calendar for the National Center for Culture the second time, we focused on functional solutions and cooperation with the printing house. The plastic cover jacket with the silk-screen printing improves the structure of the publication and gives the cover a spatial character. The use of coated, reinforced paper with a characteristic texture additionally stiffens the block. Cover refinement: silver foil stamping. The format is supported by research on the functionality of solutions among target users, the layout is spacious, classic, with strongly marked accents inside information pages. The typography is large, readable, based on the Sharp typeface family, which allows the use of different letter widths, from Extended to Ultra Compressed.
